Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar (Hijri calendar). It was mandatory for muslim in second year of Hijrat So what is so special about it. That every Muslim adores it Is.It fasting or Taraweeh ? Taraweeh`s and Fasting both are the part of Ramadan not the whole of it.Ramadan is a month of blessing which brings many blessing with him which we will know later in the essay . Before any further ado let's know how and when did the Quran came . In the Month of Ramadan Allah"Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala," send the Quran to the holy prophet by Hazrat Jibrail(Gabriel)when the prophet was 40 years old.It came In a period of 22 years.

what is fasting :
Fasting also known as "Sawm" (صَوْم) in Arabic and "Rōzah" in (Persian: روزه) . Fasting means stay a way from all bad thing and leave your comfort zone to feel how much Allah (God) given you and thank him for all the things . he as given like food,drinks,thing which make are life easy ... etc. It teaches us to worship the god all mighty{Allah}.
condition :
Fasting is a part of the 5 pillars of Islam and it is mandatory for Muslim when he or she is puberty . To complete a fast the person should pray the 5 daily prayers (salat) and should be a Muslim .
fasting timings :
A fast starts from the start of sun rise to the sun sat . The meal which is taken before sun rise is called "Sehri" and the meal which is taken at sun sat is called "Iftar" . By "Iftar" we end our roza (fast).In Karachi the fast starts almost at 4:15 and end at 7:20 . almost 15 hour of no food .You might be thinking its so hard but if you faith is strong all it became a piece of cake.

- start to feel the pain of poor people who only 1-2 meal a day

- Your get 70 times more reward of one deed . lets take a example normally for one alphabet of any "Ayat" you get 10 "Naquiyah" (deed) and in Ramadan 10 * 70 = 700
- Satan is locked
- Doors of Heaven are open
- Doors of Hell are closed
- Shab e Qadar which is = equal to a thousand month of parying
I think the best way to end a thing is by facts
- To make Ramadan easier Muslim-majority countries often shorten work time to allow Muslims additional time for worship .
- "Ramadan Mubarak" means "Have a blessed Ramadan."
- in Ramadan it is easier month to worship because you get 70 * time more Sawāb or Thawāb (Arabic: ثواب) ( reward in English)
- the biggest time between a fast is in Nuuk, Greenland: 21 hours of fasting, from 2:16am to sunset at 11:14pm
- the smallest time between a fast is Punta Arenas, Chile: 10 hours, from 6:34am to 4:41pm
